Crushing ratio: crushing ratio is the ratio of the particle size of the imported material and the finished material after crushing, the greater the ratio, the larger the crushing ratio, and vice versa. The crushing ratio of large needle sheet content increases, and this law is not only applicable to the jaw crusher, but also applies to the cone crusher, it has nothing to do with the crusher model, but if the crushing ratio is too small, the entire system output is reduced, the amount of internal circulation is increased, the crusher wear is increased, the economy is poor, and the production efficiency is low. Therefore, in the entire production process, it is very important to choose the right crushing ratio.
Second, feed size: when the feed size is reduced from 100mm to 50mm, the needle sheet content in the finished material is reduced by 38%.
Third, cycle load: in a closed cycle production process, adjust the discharge port, increase the load in the cycle, the stone particle shape will become better, in the whole process, due to the increase in the cycle load, the wear of the equipment in the system increases, but when the discharge port is adjusted, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the finished product particle deformation is good.
Fourth, open and closed cycle: in the secondary crushing process, the cycle is separated from the road cycle and closed cycle, the former is called the first sieve after crushing, the latter is called the first sieve after crushing, the first sieve after crushing refers to the material after the first crushing through the finished product sieve sieve and then into the secondary crushing feed port for crushing, so that the output of the finished material increases, the needle sheet content also increases. The first crushing and then screening refers to the first crushing material all into the secondary crusher feed port, after re-breaking and then into the finished product screen for screening, the whole system is a closed system, no crushing material loss, circulation load is larger, but the product grain shape is good.
