We are often asked by new customers: How do you ensure the quality of your wear parts?
This is a very common and reasonable question.
Usually, we show our strength to new customers from the factory scale, personnel technology, processing equipment, raw materials, manufacturing process and project cases or some benchmark customer, etc.
Today, what we want to share is: a small practice in our production to ensure the traceability of the products sold, which give us big support for aftersales service and product improving.
- Casting ID

All casting products from our foundry bear with the unique ID.
This is not only a certification of authentic products of premium quality from our foundry, but also vital for the traceability of goods during any period of their service time.
By tracking the ID, we can trace the batch of furnaces from which this batch of wear-resistant parts came, as well as all operation records during processing, etc.
Through this processing analysis combined with user feedback, we can adjust the material, processing technology, etc. to improve it.
When we have done all well, worries about quality will naturally disappear.
