First: the way we commonly use to change the bearing is the impact method, which should protect the shaft head from being destroyed: a sleeve with a force surface thickness of 40mm can be made to cover the shaft head, so as to avoid the flywheel directly impacting the eccentric shaft and damaging the shaft head.
Second: the position of the impact bearing should be selected appropriately, so that the bearing first starts to start the cavity, if the axis is offset, continue to impact after finding the right, until all leave the moving cavity.
Third: When using the crane to lift heavy objects to impact the eccentric shaft, the flywheel center line should be kept in a straight line with the eccentric center line as far as possible. After the bearing has been replaced, the new bearing needs to be assembled and installed, and there are two points to pay attention to at this time:
1, the eccentric shaft and the bearing above it is installed in the moving Hubei, to put the moving jaw, the flywheel cushion below it, so that it leaves the ground at a certain height, as far as possible to make the axis of the moving jaw cavity perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and then burn firewood under it, let the flame pass through the cavity, the moving jaw cavity heating 1.5h or so, and then lift the eccentric shaft, the vertical fall into the cavity. In order to ensure the accurate installation of bearings, install the oil seal, end cover and stop ring of the bearing on the shaft head of the lifting end in advance, and then install the external bearing.
2, after installing the eccentric shaft, keep the moving jaw still, and then install another flywheel. Four more suitable stud bolts can be used, and one end is put into the four screw holes of the shaft head. Then, lift the flywheel horizontally, pay attention to the direction of the flywheel up and down, slowly down, the shaft hole through the four bolts, the flat key and the keyway are aligned, the shaft end cover is set on the three bolts, and the backing plate is added, the nut is screwed on, the flywheel is pressed down, and the flywheel is hit hard at the same time, so that the flywheel is quickly installed.
Adjustment of crushing shaft and replacement of bearing for roller crusher equipment
1. Adjustment of crushing shaft:
When there is a spur gear on the roll crusher equipment, perform the following steps:
1. Spur gear on the drive shaft:
(1) Disconnect the power supply of the crusher drive motor.
(2) Loosen the bolts fixing the upper cover plate and side plate, the reducer mounting plate and the upper bearing chamber.
(3) Remove the upper cover plate. If the end plate is connected to it, remove it together with the plate (no oil discharge required).
(4) Loosen the fastening bolt and remove the lower end cover from the shaft.
(5) Remove the shaft fixing ring.
(6) Slide the spur gear along the spline of the crushing shaft to maintain short meshing and pay attention to supporting its weight.
(7) Rotate the driven shaft to the desired position.
(8) Move the gear to the appropriate position along the spline so that it engages with the matching gear.
(9) Install the stop ring and end cover, and then tighten with bolts.
(10) Reinstall the upper end cover and end plate, and bolt again.
2. Spur gear on the driven shaft:
(1) Unplug the cable from the drive motor of the roll crusher equipment and disconnect the power supply of the machine.
(2) Loosen the cover bolt and separate the upper cover plate from the side plate, end cover and upper bearing seat.
(3) If necessary, drain the oil.
(4) Remove the upper cover plate (no need to drain oil).
(5) Loosen the end cover bolt fixing the gear and remove the end cover from the drive shaft.
(6) Slide the spur gear along the spline of the crushing shaft to maintain short meshing and pay attention to supporting its weight.
(7) Rotate the driven shaft to the desired position.
(8) Move the gear to the appropriate position along the spline so that it engages with the matching gear.
(9) Install shaft end cover and bolts.
(10) After applying sealant, reinstall the cover plate and re-tighten the bolts.
2. Replacement of crushing shaft bearing:
Remove and replace the damaged bearing as follows:
(1) First refer to the disassembly steps of the shaft, disassemble the crushing shaft;
(2) Then remove the end cap, and then use a bearing puller or similar tool with a hydraulic jack to pull out each LEL part of the bearing group;
(3) Check whether the maze left on the shaft is seriously worn;
Remove the damaged bearing assembly on the roll crusher equipment as follows:
(1) Remove the through cover, and remove two oil seals and a shaft sleeve at the same time;
(2) The damaged bearing will be removed from the bearing seat.
