First, the preparatory work before starting

1, check whether there is an appropriate amount of grease in the bearing, and the grease must be clean.

2. Check whether all fasteners are fully fastened.

3, check whether there are non-breakable debris in the machine.

4, check whether there is a blocking phenomenon at the joints of each moving part, and apply appropriate grease.

5. Check whether the gap between the counter crushing plate and the plate hammer meets the requirements. PF1000 series above models, the first stage adjustment clearance 120±20mm, the second stage clearance 100±20mm, the third stage clearance 80±20mm.

6, pay attention to the broken gap can not be adjusted too small, otherwise it will aggravate the wear of the plate hammer, sharply shorten the service life of the plate hammer.

7. Test start to check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the rotation direction required by the machine.

Second, start the machine
1. After checking and confirming that all parts of the machine are normal, it can be started.

2. After the machine starts and runs normally, it must run for 2 minutes without load. If abnormal phenomenon or abnormal sound is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the cause can be found out and ruled out before it can be started again.

Third, feed
1, the machine must use the feeding device to uniformly and continuously feed, and make the material to be broken evenly distributed on the full length of the rotor working part, so as to ensure the processing capacity of the machine, but also to avoid material clogging and boring, extend the service life of the machine. The feed size ratio curve must conform to the requirements specified in the factory manual.

2, when it is necessary to adjust the discharge gap, the discharge gap can be adjusted through the clearance adjustment device, and the locking nut should be loosened first when adjusting.

3, the size of the working gap can be observed by opening the inspection door on both sides of the machine. The work must be carried out after shutdown.

Four, machine stop
1. Before each shutdown, the feeding work should be stopped. After the material in the crushing chamber of the machine is broken completely, the power can be cut off and the machine can be stopped to ensure that the machine is in a no-load state when starting the next time.

2. If the machine is stopped due to power failure or other reasons, the material in the crushing chamber must be completely removed before it can be started again.

Five, machine repair and maintenance
In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life of the machine, the machine should be regularly maintained and maintained.

1. Check
(1) The machine should run smoothly, when the amount of vibration of the machine suddenly increases, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and exclude.

(2) Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ° C, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ° C, if more than 75 ° C should be immediately shut down for inspection, identify the cause and exclude.

(3) When the wear of the moving plate hammer reaches the limit mark, it should be used or replaced immediately.

(4) To assemble or replace the plate hammer, the rotor must be balanced, and the unbalanced torque must not exceed 0.25kg.m.

(5) When the machine liner is worn, it should be replaced in time to avoid wearing the casing.

(6) Check that all bolts are in tight state before starting each time.

2, rotary body opening and closing
(1) When the wearing parts such as the frame lining plate, counterattack crushing plate and plate hammer are replaced or the machine needs to be removed when the fault occurs, the lifting equipment is used to open the back part of the body or the lower part of the machine feed port for replacement parts or maintenance.

(2) When opening the back part of the body, unscrew all the bolts first, put the pad under the rotating body, and then use the lifting equipment to slowly lift the rotating body at a certain Angle. When the center of gravity of the rotating body moves past the rotating fulcrum, let the rotating body slowly fall until it is placed on the pad smoothly, and then repair.

(3) When replacing the plate hammer or the lower lining plate of the feed port, first use the lifting equipment to hang the lower part of the feed port, then loosen all the connecting bolts, slowly place the lower part of the feed port on the pre-placed pad, and then fix the rotor, and replace each plate hammer in turn. After the replacement and repair, connect and tighten the parts in the opposite operation sequence.

(4) When opening or closing the rotating body, more than two people must work together, and no one is allowed to move under the lifting equipment.

3, maintenance and lubrication
(1) Should often pay attention to and timely lubrication of the friction surface.

(2) The lubricating oil used by the machine should be determined according to the use of the machine, temperature and other conditions, generally choose calcium-based grease, in the more special and poor environmental conditions in the area can be used 1# – 3# general lithium base lubrication.

(3) Lubricating oil should be filled into the bearing once every 8 hours after work, replace the grease once every three months, use clean gasoline or kerosene to carefully clean the bearing when changing oil, add the new grease should be about 120 % of the bearing seat volume.

(4) In order to ensure the continuous normal operation of the equipment, planned maintenance should be done, and a certain amount of vulnerable spare parts should be stored.
