1. Maintenance of eccentric bushing
The burning of eccentric bushing is mainly due to the following reasons:
First, the load is too large main shaft bushing and boom bushing excessive wear, bushing gap is too large operation crusher due to the discharge port set too small or repeated iron in the crushing chamber, the crusher runs under very high pressure feed too fine, too wet.
Due to the large gap between the dust seal ring and the dust cover or the failure of the dust control system, the lubricating oil is polluted, the filter element is not replaced in time and the lubricating oil is unqualified. It is recommended to use the lubricating oil provided by Saipeng.
2. Conditions for the formation of oil film
(1) There must be a wedge gap between the two working faces
(2) The two working faces must be continuously filled with lubricating oil; There must be a relative sliding speed between the two working faces, and the direction of movement must make the lubricating oil flow in from a large section and out from a small section.
(3) The external load shall not exceed the limit that the minimum oil film can withstand, and for a certain load, the speed, viscosity and clearance must be matched appropriately.
(4) The load is too large, poor lubrication – the oil film is damaged or cannot be formed – generates a lot of heat, cannot be taken away, fatal bushing overheating, cracks and burning traces are formed on the bushing, eccentric bushing components overheating will cause the bushing deformation and finally bite.

3. How to avoid burning sleeves
(1) Regularly check the gap between the main shaft bushing and the boom bushing, and replace it immediately if it exceeds the design value.
(2) Reduce the number of iron passes and set the appropriate discharge port.
(3) Ensure good lubrication and pollution-free lubricating oil.
(4) Regularly check the gap between eccentric bushing.
4. Installation of eccentric bushing
First of all, apply lubricating oil on the outer surface of the eccentric bushing, and adjust the position of the eccentric bushing when the eccentric bushing is lifted into the eccentric bushing, so that the eccentric bushing falls into place by its own weight. Do not use a sledgehammer to hit the upper end of the eccentric bushing, you can use a rubber mallet to hit the eccentric bushing side to adjust the eccentric bushing position.
5. How to disassemble and assemble the eccentric sleeve assembly
Remove inner seal ring, seat ring and eccentric sleeve bushing retainer ring. Lift out the eccentric bushing, remove the key from the keyway corresponding to the current eccentricity, and install it into the keyway corresponding to the selected eccentricity. Then install the eccentric bushing in place, install the eccentric bushing retaining ring, seat ring and inner seal ring.
