Wear part with TiC insert- cone liner-jaw plate

Crusher wear parts are a key factor affecting the production efficiency of the crushing plant. When crushing some super-hard stones, the traditional high manganese steel lining cannot satisfy some special crushing works due to its short service life. As a result, frequent replacement of liners increases the downtime and replacement costs accordingly

To address this challenge, WUJING engineers developed a new series of crusher liners – Wear Parts with TIC rod insert with the aim of extending the service life of these consumables. WUJING high-quality TIC inserted wear parts are made of special alloys to ensure significantly improved economic benefits and can be used in all types of crusher series.

We insert TiC rods into the base material, which is mainly made of high manganese steel. The TiC rods will enhance the wear resistance of the lining’s working surface. When the stone enters the crushing cavity, it first contacts the protruding titanium carbide rod, which wears very slowly due to its super hardness and wear resistance. More over, due to the protective of the titanium carbide rod, the matrix with high manganese steel slowly comes into contact with the stone, and the matrix slowly hardens.
